These are my top 10 favorite Canadian actors. For all those of you who are going to say that both Ryan Stiles and Matthew Perry are not Canadian, I will have to disagree. They were both raised in Canada and now live in the States. Their parents are also Canadian. Being Canadian is a nationality not an ethnicity. Enjoy!
